\\ THE FOUNDER //
I’ve always loved the idea of building something of my own, but baking is where it really clicked. It started in my home kitchen — testing recipes, tweaking flavors, and sharing them with friends and family. Before long, word started to spread and curbside pickups became a regular thing at my house. When a local magazine featured my baking, it was one of those “maybe this is really something” moments. What began as a passion project slowly turned into something much bigger.
As more people started ordering, my home kitchen just couldn’t keep up anymore. Moving into a space at the Market on Broadway was such an exciting step — it meant I could bake more, experiment more, and share what I love with even more people. Every step of growth has felt organic, fueled by the support of the community and the excitement around the products.
What I love most is seeing someone take that first bite and light up. There’s something really special about creating food that feels thoughtful, comforting, and just a little different. I’m constantly recipe testing and dreaming up new ideas, and being able to share that with you is the best part of what I do. If it makes your day a little sweeter, it makes mine too.
